Welcome to the Oakwood Village Condominium community. 107 Town House Condominium’s built in 1963 as a rental property, converted to Town House condominiums in 1976.

There are 107 units consisting of 12 separate buildings. Some units have 2 or 3 levels and likewise 3 to 4 bedrooms.

All units have a rear deck and/or patio and a fenced yard. Three level units have both a deck and a lower patio with a walk out basement access.

The 5 member Board of Directors normally meets monthly on the last Wednesday of the month. Meetings are held monthly located at 7901 Heritage Drive Annandale, Va. 22003. Call management for actual date, time, agenda and related items.

The Annual meeting is held in March of each year

Oakwood Village is located just off the beltway in Northern Virginia. Access is available by Metro bus to the neighboring Vienna and Dunn Loring Orange Line Metro.
