Welcome to the Falls Park Home Owners Association a community of 35 Town Homes built in 1995.
All homes have a rear yard and/or patio some are fenced.
The 5 member Board of Directors normally meets quarterly meetings are held at 500 West Broad Street at Panera Bread. Call management for actual date, time, agenda and related items.
The Annual meeting is held in June of each year
Falls Park HOA is located just off route 7 in Falls Church City. Access is available by Metro bus to the neighboring East Falls Church Orange & Silver Line Metro.
